Our History
“THE FORGE” dates back to 1921 when MR CC Birch opened a “smithy” for a booming farrier and blacksmith trade.
Nearly a 100 years later the FORGE has grown under current ownership into a retail, wholesale and bulk trading business that trades from Winterton to Kokstad. In 2018 Agrimark Operations become a major shareholder in the business and with their support we intent to grow into the broader KZN agricultural community and help play our part in supporting the a successful economy.
Farmers and Farming will always remain at the center of our focus.
